KAMPALA – The Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artists Association (LKGAA) has officially announced its Prayer and Mentorship Retreat 2026, a special gathering aimed at empowering gospel artists through prayer, worship, mentorship, and spiritual growth.

The retreat will be held under the theme, “Fan into Flame the Gift of God” (2 Timothy 1:6), and is expected to attract Lugbara gospel artists and believers from different parts of the country.

The program will be facilitated by Rev. Samuel Atabua as the Chief Facilitator, alongside Rev. Capt. Ronald Akuma and Ord. Madam Emily Omua.

The first day of the retreat will take place on 27 June 2026 at Seguku Prayer Mountain in Entebbe. The overnight prayer session will begin at 7:00 PM and continue until morning, providing participants with an opportunity to seek spiritual renewal and divine guidance.

On 28 June 2026, the mentorship program will be held at the home of Rev. Samuel Atabua, starting at 8:00 AM. Participants will receive mentorship, encouragement, and practical guidance to strengthen their ministries and personal spiritual lives.

According to the organizers, the retreat is designed to create an environment where gospel artists can grow in faith, develop their gifts, and build stronger relationships within the Christian community.

The association has encouraged all Lugbara gospel artists to attend and participate actively in what is expected to be a transformative experience.

The event is coordinated by Chosen Michael on behalf of the Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artists Association (LKGAA).
